Our home is centrally located near downtown Joshua Tree, while bordering the Coyote Hole Conservation Area, a protected and less-visited slice of wildland home to coyotes, petroglyphs, and beautiful boulder canyons waiting to be explored. Just three minutes by car down the road, you’re at the gateway to the National Park!
Pets are permitted for a fee of $95, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Please note that the pet fee may change in the future as we make adjustments to our listing.
Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests. You will need to park in the driveway, it needs to be on the pavement area.

We offer starter supplies for guests. Think of all the items we offer (toilet paper/paper towels/bath towels/shampoo/conditioner/trash bags etc.) as "STARTER KITS", and be sure to bring some that are more appropriate for the length of your stay & the size of your group.

Please be respectful of the desert wildlife. There are lots of desert critters outside. Also, bugs and Joshua Tree go hand in hand. We do our best to keep them out of the house, but just a heads up this is an inevitable part of any visit to the high desert.
While it’s generally a quiet area, there are dogs in the neighborhood who may bark from time to time while outside. A friendly reminder to please pick up after your dog!!
The neighbors are close by, so please be respectful of noise level after 9PM.
As a guest, you will have private access to the entire property, including the backyard and casita. Please enjoy the hot tub, pool, fire pit, and other amenities. If you need to get work done during your stay, you won’t have any problems connecting to the internet with our reliable, high-speed (200+ Mbps) WiFi.
There is ample parking in the driveway for up to four cars. We are located in a quiet and safe residential location. RVs and trailers are restricted to driveway parking only; please do not park on the street or you will be responsible if you are ticketed and/or fined by the city.
Well-behaved pets are welcome with an additional pet-fee. The full-fenced 9500-square-foot lot is a wonderful place to bring your dog along on vacation! Early check-in and late check-out are available on a case-by-case basis but may be subject to an additional fee, depending on circumstances.

This stunning Joshua Tree home features three spacious bedrooms in the main house plus an additional bedroom in the backyard casita. No matter where you lay your head, you’re guaranteed a great night’s sleep thanks to the plush memory foam mattresses, black-out shades, and luxurious bedding in each bedroom.
The primary bedroom boasts a comfy queen-sized bed, dual nightstands with cordless phone chargers, and a private ensuite bathroom. There’s also a full-length mirror and plenty of closet space for all your belongings.
The second bedroom is similarly equipped, with a queen-sized bed, ample closet space, and a full-length mirror.
The third bedroom is perfect for any kiddos or singles in your group and features two twin beds, wall-mounted reading lamps, and a beautiful wooden chair.
The fourth bedroom is located outside in a separate casita in the backyard. It has a twin-sized daybed. If anyone in your group wants a little extra privacy, this is the bedroom for them! If you’re not using it as a bedroom it’s a great spot for morning yoga or meditation practice.

There are two full bathrooms inside the home. The first is a private ensuite to the primary bedroom and the second is located off the main living area. Both bathrooms are similarly equipped with luxurious walk-in tiled showers with rain shower heads. We also provide plenty of plush towels for showering and hot tubbing, along with complimentary toiletries.

A state-of-the-art kitchen and adjacent boho-themed dining room are perfect for cooking and enjoying tasty meals during your stay. This modern kitchen features sleek marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, and we provide pots and pans, dishware, and utensils for your convenience.
The lounge is the perfect place to sit back and relax as you wait for dinner. Stream your favorite shows on the wall-mounted Smart TV, or dive into that book you’ve been meaning to devour.

The backyard is a private oasis where guests can enjoy the beautiful desert ambiance in solitude. The backyard is fully fenced for privacy, which also makes it an excellent spot for your furry friends to run around.
In the warmer months, the cowboy pool is great for cooling off, and on chilly evenings the hot tub is there to soothe sore muscles. There’s also a propane gas fire pit, a gas BBQ, an outdoor dining table, hammocks, and string lights for a lovely ambiance.
While it may be tempting to stay in and enjoy the desert from the comfort of the backyard, once you’re ready to explore Joshua Tree, all the main attractions are just a short drive away!
